So by now, you all know the purpose of these posts. I'm just going to jump right in.

The first song I have chosen this time, is something very, very special and something that has become instantly amazing in my eyes. Having only just discovered it, it may come as a surprise as to how much I love this.

Pink - Time After Time.

This is the Pink cover of Cyndi Lauper's song, and honestly, it is so healing. It teaches you to stop worrying, and spreads the message that, patience is a gift when it comes to love. The emotion in her voice as she sings this, really hits home.

The next that I have chosen is a mashup. It's a mixture of Avicii's "Wake Me Up" (Which I've always loved) and Rick Astley's "Never gonna give you up". It's really prodigious, and the video shows clips of Turk dancing (from Scrubs), and Will (from Fresh Prince of Bel Air) as well as other clips, are delightfully comical, and I absolutely love it. The music has been so thoroughly, and elegantly blended together. It's truly noteworthy.

Avicii & Rick Astley Mashup.

The next I have chosen is quite simply, a tropical house spin on an older song, that gives it a new lease of life, and truly is inspirational.

Chris Meid & Berger & Shaqiri - Eye Of The Tiger

It's got such a peaceful, tropical beat, with the typical tropical twists and vibes running through its core.

I've only chosen three this time, because I don't want to clutter it.

I don't think I've ever shared this with any of you. The reason? I feel so much when I hear this, that I haven't been able to find the words to describe this. Maybe words aren't what is required. Maybe it's just the reminiscing. I listened to this with my best friend whilst we got ready for prom this year, and it will always carry happy memories because of that, and things associated with it. The lyrics (a poem) are so beautiful.

TYMA & Levi - Poetry.

TYMA is quite frankly one of the best artists I've ever heard from the Tropical House genre. Honestly, it's rare to find talent like this. I am not even going to try and elaborate on my perception of this. I'll sanction you to conclude what you wish from it.

All my love, as always.

(With a few that aren't love songs, of course!)
I actually started writing this in a journal by hand quite a few days ago before my employability course started at 9.30am, and today is a continuation of that, but on the computer.
So welcome to the fourth installment of music for the soul.
I've chosen a few love songs this time, because I feel like that's what has been really enjoyable for me lately. However, it's not about me. It's about having the opportunity to share some extremely beautiful, extremely passionate, magical music with you.
The first I have chosen is:
Oh Wonder - Technicolour Beat. (Urban Contact Remix)
This is such a peaceful remix, and the lyrics are frankly, really rather beautiful, it's a freeing song, that I think anyone can enjoy.
The second I have chosen is:
Clean Bandit ft. Jess Glynne - Real Love.
This song is exceptional. The violin beginning and the flow of it is so peaceful. And of course, it fits the love song category perfectly.
The next that I have chosen is a really interesting remix that I shared in my previous post:

Sia - Chandelier. (Marcus Szabo Deep Remix)
I don't know the exact reason for why I love this so much, other than the beat and the tone, but I feel that is enough of a reason for me to feel passionate about it.
The next song I have chosen is not a love song, in fact, it's quite the opposite (oops) and I don't relate to it, but I love the feel of the remix, and it's Phil Collins whom I think is brilliant. The start is so beautiful and tropical, *big lovey eyes*
Phil Collins - In The Air Tonight (Panski & John Skyfield Remix)
So I think that sums up this edition of "Music for the soul part IV", I hope you've enjoyed it. I've really enjoyed constructing this post, I must admit, finding these new songs, and sharing with you, is always extremely enjoyable. I love being able to share them with you. I've just been so happy recently, I feel like a lot of aspects of my life are coming together. Now I just need a clear run through August, and everything will be okay.
Love you all, my magical minions!
Keep Smiling!

Calling all tea lovers, I have found the heavenly brew!

MyWaitrose card holders are entitled to a free cups of tea or coffee, as well as a paper daily with their card.

As a MyWaitrose card holder, I always get a cup of tea to enjoy on the journey home. Recently, their tea changed, and they replenished their stock in my local store with a new, and quite frankly, incredible blend. The tea that they have is called 'Waitrose Duchy Organic' and it's specifically the 'Earl Grey' blend.

This tea is so different to any other tea that I've ever had. I get quite bored easily of regular decaffeinated teas, so I tend to switch my tea brand quite frequently, and have a regular Earl Grey aside, however, I've recently been drinking this more than any other tea. It's such a rich, silky taste (If taste's can even be described in such a way!) it's truly an experience.

I really recommend any Earl Grey fans to definitely give it a try, it might convert you entirely. I find it to be incredibly soothing and relaxing to drink.

(This post has been written a day early, because I'll be busy on the 14th at the time that this post will go live, and I wanted to set it up so there would be no disappointment or 'where's the new post?')

This OOTD, I have to say, was probably my most favourite, to ever do.
I don't know why, but something about it was just magical. I got this new dress yesterday, and I decided I'm going to wear it today out to an appointment. I absolutely and utterly love it. It's so comfortable and it's multi-purpose too, it can be worn either day or night.

Without further ado, I hope you like this special OOTD!

Sunglasses: Primark (£1)
Dress: ASOS Tall (£13.50*)
Ring: La Luna Stone Store (£11.25)
Jewel Encrusted Sandals: Primark (£5)

Hope you enjoyed it!

Some music for today (pay no attention to the lyrics, I didn't post this because they meant anything, I only love the beat, and the instrumental part is absolutely mind blowing!)

P.S I am getting my hair cut tomorrow, don't worry, it'll be tidy soon!

I know I said I'd be keeping this to fashion, but I also want to incorporate music into this blog too, because the posts always seem to be enjoyed according to my statistics, and I enjoy writing them, and sharing my favourite music with you all. I've found some more beautiful Tropical House remixes lately, that I have been really enjoying, and some music that isn't Tropical House, but by artists I already liked.

The first is:

Akon - Right Now (Tropical House Remix)

Wow. This is so beautiful. Like 'Don't Matter', this is such a powerful, deep song, and the lyrics are beautiful. If you have any regrets to do with friendship, love, family, or you feel like you've hurt someone recently, this is such a good song, its lyrics are really meaningful. I've been feeling so down this past week, so this has been really good for helping me to feel a bit higher spirited.

"I wanna make up right now na na
I wanna make up right now na na

Wish we never broke up right now na na

We need to link up right now na na "

The second is:

Ed Sheeran - I'm In Love With The Coco (Tropical House)

I've not listened to the original version by the original singer, I just know I adore Ed Sheeran's soulful voice, and tropical house, and this is just amazing, and when the beat drops, it's just mind blowing.

Another song I for some reason enjoyed the original of was Hide & Seek by Imogen Heap (it's genuinely heartbreaking) if I'm in a sad mood, I will avoid this at all costs, but sometimes I just love how mystical this song, it's almost enchanting. Yes, it's very over processed, but it's also pretty beautiful.

Imogen Heap - Hide & Seek (Tinush Remix)

I find the original a bit too slow, and deep, but with the newly added beat, it's quite the powerful remix.

The next song I've chosen is, the last, because it leaves more of an impact, and like the first, I can relate to a lot lately. (crying with laughter emoji)

Odesza - Say My Name.

"‘Cause you got my hands tied
In my defence

I always fall for confidence

And your compliments look good on me

Cause nobody knows it better

than the girl in the corner with the scarlet letter

And while you’re watching you may think that she doesn’t matter
But no one knows you better

I wanna dance
I wanna dance
I wanna dance with you
So take a chance
Take a chance

Oh yeah
I need a sign or a signal
I’ve overthought everything I can think of
Into symbol
I need the coat and your jacket
And the remnants of your cigarette packet"

It's just so magical and mystical, something about it is just so powerful.
It closely uses the beat/tune from 'All we need' by Odesza (not a love song in any way, shape or form!)

"And I'll walk amidst the stars, and clusters of nebulae, amongst the silent serenity of the sky, and hope with all my heart."
Hope you like the playlist I've chosen of music, it's all quite deep, moving, beautiful music, it's all quite passionate, and mystical, also a bit magical and a touch of intrigue.

Keep your eyes open for some new fashion posts coming soon!

P.S If my grammar is genuinely appalling, I'm really sorry, I am trying to improve, and keep trying to sort myself out. Ha, and I'm supposed to be an A grade Literature student. Sort yourself Samantha.

This isn't by any means a new outfit at all, far from it, I just save it for either special occasions, or for when I feel like I need a little elegant outfit to wear.

Top: Primark (Summer 2014)
Mint PU leather skirt: Primark (Summer 2014)
Yes I look a bit disshelved, I need a hair cut, tidy up, and a general spruce over. I have had an allergic reaction on my face lately, which doesn't show in the photos, but it's really itchy and red, and looks quite horrible, so I'm hoping it will clear up soon.

Hope all of you are well anyway.

I wish I had found this a few months ago:

So, I figured I needed one big FASHION ROUNDUP! Some of the things posted here are unseen photos from original photoshoots that never made the final cut, or didn't get used, and some you have definitely seen before!

I wanted to showcase some of my favourite looks that I've created here on my blog since I started, as a way to get back into the fashion spirit. I've decided to keep less diary type entries on here, and go back to what I intended this blog to be. If you want/enjoy more personal stuff, you can check out my Twitter, which is a crosssover of my blog and personal, and gives you your daily fix of typical Samantha, cats and memes.

However, thegirlcriedfashion is back to fashion.

These are some of my favourite looks, I hope you liked them. Which are your favourites? Mine are probably the orange dress, and the vibes from the top left photo.

I also wanted to let you know that I have officially deactivated thegirlcriedbeauty, because it is something I've come to learn, that I don't have enough interest in to pursue, so whilst it still exists, it is private, and only open to myself, until I decide whether to permanently delete it or not, so it has been archived for now.

Another Love - Tom Odell (Zwette Tropical House Edit)

I had a pretty rough night last night. I stayed up past 1am, and I guess I got insecure about lots of different aspects.
Today I needed to get out of the house and get some air, so mum and I unexpectedly went to a neighbouring seaside town and enjoyed the sun on a park green and then went to the local lido for a nice quiet swim. We then ended up at a pub that we like right on the beach for a drink (I then processed an order for some new evening dresses from the ASOS sale) and then went for a light dinner at our local pub where we live. It was really, really enjoyable actually.

So I've posted many beautiful songs and pieces of music in the time that I've had this blog.

Funnily, this blog has been such a massive part of my life, I've used it to celebrate, commiserate, fail, and succeed.
Today, I've been recollecting some old musical favourites whilst I've been sanding down the garden shed .

So yes, shed sanding has been done, ready to be painted tomorrow, when mum has got the equipment out of the shed, because I refuse to go in there after I know there is a massive spider in there. I'm not scared of a lot, but girly me, doesn't like spiders (THANK YOU GRANDMA FOR THIS RIDICULOUS PHOBIA! Kidding, still love you)

So, onto the music,

Don't Matter - Akon.

This is a weird one to explain. I used to have an XBOX 360. I had a game called Lips on it, which was a Karaoke game, with two microphones, and this was one of the songs that I loved singing, it meant nothing to me at the time, I just really liked the song. The flow is beautiful, and it reminds me of my times in Barbados. Some of the lyrics are a bit unfortunate like:

"And never talk to me no more
You don't even have to call
Even check for me at all

Because the way I been actin' lately

                                                             Has been off the wall

                                                           Especially towards you

                                                           Puttin' girls before you

And they watchin' everything I been doin'
Just to hurt you"

Because, let's be honest, deliberately behaving like this isn't really a great thing to do. Other than those unfortunate lyrics that I don't like in the song, the rest is pretty beautiful. Although it wouldn't be an Akon song without those lyrics because he has to put the 'badass' into everything. *facepalm*

Another song I've been loving is:

Rather Be - Clean Bandit.
This, to me, is forever and always, one of my favourite love songs. Well, it's sort of a love song. It's just amazing, whatever it's classified as. I really love it either way.

And lastly because, well, JUST BECAUSE!

Forever - Chris Brown.
I can't stand Chris Brown. Annoying, disrespectful, just everything I can't stand. However, this song is gorgeous, and the wedding where the couple and their wedding party dance into the church??!! Serious love for it, right there! So gorgeous, and the lyrics are just beautiful.

Hopefully next month I'm getting the infinity symbol tattooed onto my wrist. It won't be bigger than a ten pence piece, nor shaded, just a black outline, but it means a lot to me, (As you all know why and I'm not going to bore you by repeating!)
Hope you like the selection of uplifting, slightly garish, nostalgic music (Rather be isn't in this category, it's perfection!) *listens for whispers about Rather Be* It's perfect, shhh!

Always & Forever.
